The Passion of Medusa - Finished!

At last! She is finished! Had to end up doing the little details tonight, but I'm satisfied with the result. I have admit, those scales took a long time to draw and colour. Everything else was a breeze. I've also included a black and white version. This is actually this grey tones set to multiply over the colour layers in the document. I dropped in solid colours to start, then start adding various degrees of black in percentages of 10. After that was a layer of various percentages of white. Just a little insight into how I get my art done. I don't mention my methods often, so I thought I might toss in a few with this one. Hope you guys enjoy the effort!

Okay, it's almost complete. Just a few more additions to make as you can see. I wanted to finish this up today, but other things have come up to stop that plan. Will have to finish it up tomorrow. Hope you enjoy it so far.

I have finally finished the inks for this pic. Took me hours to draw in all of these scales, but it was worth it. Tomorrow I will begin colouring it. Looking forward to what colours I'm gonna use for this piece. Anyways, later!

The Passion of Medusa (inks)

Okay, I've had some hardware issues recently so updating or even working has been tough. Needless to say my issues will be resolved by the weekend and my machine will be in tip top shape. That is until, y'know, it breaks down again! Anyhoo, on to my updated pic of Medusa.

Started inking this today and have come to this point so far. I obviously have to add more details to this piece, but I thought I'd show you guys anyway. It's changed some what from the original sketch, but that's usually how it goes. Below is a close up of the detail on the snake. As you can see, I love my detail.

Definitely want to finish it this weekend and move onto the next one. Cuz yes, I do have a lot more ideas I want to toss outta my head and onto this blog.

Enter The Dragon!

Meet the newest of my futa creations, and Xantria's old nemisis. Janos Cree, The Fire Warrior! This is just a colour sketch I did just today, so I will do a more defined piece soon.

Janos is from the same race as Xantria, however, she is from a split faction of fire worshippers who at odds with their water worshippers sisters. Unlike Xantria Janos is completely Chaotic and unpredictable. A kinetic fireball of energy who knows no limits. She discovers Xantria is on earth by accident and decided to pursue her there. She has told no one of her discovery, because in her mind, others will only spoil her fun. But there is another reason besides mischief that Janos pursues the water warrior. More on the history of this race of beings soon to come.
